Welcome to Project Nova: A New Era for Viddyoze

A Note from Relja: The Wait is Over

If you’ve been a part of the Viddyoze community for a while, you know that our mission has always been to make high-end animation accessible to everyone. But you also know that, lately, the technology powering that mission hasn’t been as fast or as fluid as you deserve.

I’m Relja, Product Manager here at Viddyoze. For the past half a year, my team and I have been working behind the scenes on something massive. We didn’t just want to patch the old app; we wanted to build a foundation that would carry us through the next decade of content creation.

Today, I am incredibly proud to introduce you to Project Nova.

Before we dive into the technical details, I want you to see Nova in action. This video shows off exactly how much faster your workflow is about to become.

What Makes Project Nova Different?

Project Nova isn’t just a UI facelift. It is a complete architectural rebuild. We’ve listened to your feedback regarding speed and usability, and we’ve addressed it head-on.

1. Blazing Fast Performance

The most common request was speed. The new engine is optimized for the modern web, meaning the time between picking a template and starting your render has been slashed. No more staring at loading bars; Nova is built for creators who need to move fast.

2. Mobile Responsiveness

Content creation doesn’t just happen at a desk anymore. Project Nova is fully responsive, meaning you can browse templates, edit text, and trigger renders directly from your smartphone or tablet while you’re on the go.

 3. Overhauled Asset Library

Finding the right media used to feel like searching for a needle in a haystack. We’ve completely redesigned the asset library with smarter categorization and a cleaner interface and integrating AI image generation for those moments when you just need something generic real quickly.

If you like the image you just made with AI, you can also make it public and share it with other Viddyoze users so they can benefit from it in their projects as well.

4. The New Template View Page

We wanted to give you more confidence before you hit “Render.” The new template view page provides a much clearer preview of the animation, allowing you to see all three orientations before you commit to making a project.

The Pro Rollout Phases

We want to ensure the transition to the new platform is seamless for our most dedicated users. We’re starting with most active Pro users, while everyone else will be given the option to migrate in the following days. This is important in order to monitor the load on a brand-new platform.

If you are a Pro subscriber, keep a close eye on a banner beneath current app’s header for your specific migration window.

This Is Just The Beginning

Project Nova represents a fresh start for Viddyoze. We’ve cleared out the old, slow code to make room for the features you’ve been asking for. This isn’t just an update; it’s a promise that we are committed to helping you create world-class video content faster than ever before.

I can’t wait to see what you create with the new engine.

Ready to see what the future looks like?
